I dropped my course, may I have a refund?
Sure. Just send us an email including your username (the email address you entered when signing up) and the course number of the course you're dropping. The refund will be made to the card you used to subscribe. Our credit card transaction company typically processes refunds in about a week. 60 days after the date of purchase the service is not refundable. When you request a refund, your coursework will be lost including all responses you've saved to date. Soomo Publishing does not accept any liability for such loss.
